Terry, you've probably been asked this and answered it before, but those mirrors, Im tipping you can get something like it from FleaBay? I usually have a single oem mirror on the bike but have managed to destroy both on the last two rides. Guessing they work okay or you wouldnt hsve kept them.

Yea been asked before Cam, 3" enduro mirrors... I've had them on XR250, XR400, TTR & WRR, not the same ones of course & since 82 only broken one. They are out of the way & I can even see out of them.  You can also get them threaded to screw into the Clutch & brake perch

I have bought them from bike shops & come from MCA supermarket    I did put the model & code on a previous post

Hah. That's a marriage made in heaven.  She goes to work and earns the $$$$ and you get told to go ride....

I haven't reached that status yet.

But I can't complain though she works for Qantas and is taking me to Seattle to see the AMA super cross this weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't complain about that then....I don't have too many complaints either, after my high country ride ( 1 week with the lads ) I only used the WRR but had put rego on the TTR just in case she said is it time to try & sell the TTR again, I reply was no way, took it out Sat & Sunday, but next weekend is the WRR's turn...Both Triumph's are out of rego. Love all four of my bikes just some more than others

How does your rego in SA work Terry, can you just swap it around on your bikes ?.

I run recreational rego on my dirt bikes in Vic, only 80 bux a year with full 3rd party insurance. Can legally ride the forests and back roads, not main highways or in town.
So for $80 if it sits in the shed for a few months its no problem. Full rego is around $500 ish in Vic.

 Here in backward SA it's bad, I have 2 x 900 Triumph's & 2 x 250 Yamaha's, wish I could swap plates around

The 250's are $90 each for 3 months & if you are late or want a different date it a $15 fee on top

The 900's are $130 each for 3 months

So I put rego on the TTR the night before we left for the high country just in case, the Thruxton might get 3 months rego in a couple of weeks but both Yamaha's have rego at this point in time

Spoke to a few riders at Dargo & they were all running REC rego, lucky buggers have REC rego & those tracks to ride

Terry
