I'm after a rack system that bolts down to the rear foot pegs for extra strength for my trip from the UK to Australia next year.

Any help will be appreciated

Cheers jordan

Hi Jordan when you make it to Aussie, let me know if you want somewhere to stay in Adelaide.

I could possibly make something up, depending on how quickly you need it. My current rack is here:

What sort of luggage are you intending to carry?

Simon.

This is the one I bought a few years ago for a 10-day adventure ride in the Colorado mountains. It connects very solidly to the frame, near the pegs. This rack is extremely sturdy and can hold a lot of weight, and didn't move or bend in several get-offs. The only downside is that it's very wide. Since the US-spec TTR does not come with mounting lugs for a rack, this was the only good option I found, other than a full custom rig:

Hi simon that rack you've made looks absolutely mint. Am looking at taking simular luggage to yourself with a top box two small side bags and a bag on the rear on the seat.
Cheers for all the replies.
Jordan
