TTR250 for sad sale 🙁

new relief of my Advert for my bike that I have on eBay..... copies the listing sorry as I know you will all be very aware of how capable the TTR is

Here for sale is my much enjoined TTR 250 on a 1992 K reg

This bike has been used for green lane riding in Devon and is a really great machine. I’ve got into trials riding so the TTR has to go to Guve me more garage space. The. Ikes always been well looked after by myself. The guy who owned the bike before me had never taken it off road.

The bike is mechanical sound but would benefit from having the rear bearings replaced at some point. They are fine but just starting to play. Also could do with new rear pads at the same time. (I would have done theses myself in a month or so.)

The bike has been used on the lanes so is not scratch free. I’ve fitted bar risers because I’m 6’2” and I really find it helps for comfort when standing. But could easily be removed if you wanted when you get the bike home
Also has working oxford adventure heated grips that are amazing.

Fitted with the motad exhausted which was designed with totalyTTR to create a light weight exhaust that was not silly loud

The bike is an open enduro (purple/white) but I had problems when I bought ge bike with rusty metal tanks so I replaced with a blue plastic TTR250 tank. I’ve ridden this way on the bike since I bought it and has passed its MOT no problem. I also replaced a very worn seat cover a while back with a blue one

The front they was replaced about 100miles and the rear is an MT43 with plenty of tread

The bike really is great and would make an idea starter bike for green landing. It’s not gonna tip your head off by the hearing I have put on is the preferred for the lanes.. I can’t remember the ratios but I was advised by Totally TTR’s that this would be the best set up and it really is. Down side is that it has changed the speedo and the electronic readout is not correct but all does still work and if you went back to stock set up would be accurate.
I have got the standard sprockets if you wanted them too

Fee free to ask any questions but I won’t be taking silly offers but I’m looking for close to £1400
Cheers

Ok so she's not pristine clean but she's been used for green lanes and because of time issues I can't get her as clean as I would like. I always washed her down with the hose after my rides.

Probably benefit from a new front tyre in time for the muddy stuff too
