Was looking at lowering the WRR & check into lowering links etc. Kept coming up with üse the Yamaha 1"lowering option
I did it last night, dropped the link off out of the way & adjusted the link yoke, wound the yoke up into the shock thread.
Slipped the forks through the triples around 13mm, now I can touch tippy toes with both feet.
Just checked the TTR & it has a threaded yoke as well, not as long as the WRR but there all the same, has anyone adjusted this on a TTR
Below is a photo of the WRR rear shock / threaded yoke

Beware lowering the TTR using the yoke as it may result in the bottom shock spring retainer catching on the swingarm.
This has happened very recently to another owner on the forum.

See http://ttr250.activeboard.com/t63449519/rear-shock-rubbing-on-swingarm/
I am surprised that the lowering link would cause the shock to rub though
Anyways up, if you have a problem, wind the yoke down a bit to ease things.
6-12mm was suggested in one post.
