To much grip...... Is there such a thing....
I am around 10psi on most rides.... I think the rim lock was not
tight enough...I must start checking them from time to time...
yer not alot of power.... it's up to the idiot holding the bars from there..
it was a bugger of a day.... only about 10k into a 47k loop... 1st one to....
anything from 10 to 30psi... for road/trail 20/22 give good grip with out to much tyre ware..
Have you read what michlin them selfs say about the AC10 ?.... (not for prolonged road use , short trips from trail to trail)
AC10 rear is like black glue... AC10 front is pure garbage....
Too much grip I thought wasn't possible but my motoz rear is a problem at times I can't get wheelspin to keep revs up on steep climbs so end up dropping gears and climbing up
Probably not your issue Pete but a word of advice to anyone running the ultra HD tubes which is not to run them at very low pressures as they don't "fill" the tyre and therefore can rock back and forth under acceleration and braking and eventually rip the valve out. The tell tale signs are rub marks on the tube and possibly little balls of rubber loose in the tyre.
I recollect posting some photos back along after coming across several examples when changing tyres/tubes.
A simple test is to put the loose tube inside the tyre whilst off the rim and inflate to your preferred riding pressure to check if the tube expands sufficiently to fill the tyre.
Brian
PS I found a photo showing typical rub marks. The ridges are small bits of tube particles that can easily be rubbed off.
i have had no probs with my first set...
they have 2 pressure chambers...
the TuBliss chamber has 100psi in it
that what seals & locks the tyre to the rim..
then theres the low pressure chamber "tyre"
Tubliss are great, I have been running one at the rear for ages and they last for years and years. I have a mousse upfront, need a new one now, but has lasted 3 years!!!

Just read that the carcass pressure needs frequent attention and some folk use slime to reduce this. I was hoping to just carry a tubeless tyre plug kit rather than 250g of weight in the tyre but having to pump up the tyre every time I use the bike might get tyresome!
Steve, any reason why you don't use one in the front?
