what I'm saying here...... When I looked for the sizes it struck me these sizes given can't be right.. seal with a smaller OD (47mm) than the bearing (60mm)... The seal would have to be the same OD or larger ...... even 22X60X? is a strange size for a metric deep groove ball race.... not listed in either of my bearing books.. SKF or FAG...
was just hopeing to get the bearings & seals before I punched them out
think I will wait get them out and measure it up.....

Just catching up on some old posts that arrived whilst I was on holiday and came across this thread.
This is what it says in the FAQ at http://www.ttr250.com/#Wheel_Bearings
Rear wheel takes 3 x 60/22 2RS size - 22x44x12 and oil seals for wheel 2 x 28x47x7. Front wheelLEFT takes 1x 6003 2RS - size 17x35x10 and oil seal is 22x35x7.
Front wheel RIGHT takes 1x6202 2RS - size 15x35x11 and oil seal 20x35x5 (digital speedo models only - blue TTRs don't use a seal on the speedo drive side).
Is it wrong guys? If so, I need to update it asap.
I always like to wash the grease out and replace it with waterproof wheel besting grease . just be Carefull when flicking the seals out . I still seem to have to replace them every 18 months or so
