Very economical and will do a day's trail riding on a tank of petrol. Plus it has an "all-day" comfy seat unlike more enduro-based machines.
Perfect beginner's trail bike but also suitable for the more experienced rider who realises that it isn't necessary to have a big engine to enjoy themselves on Devon's technical lanes.
There are lots of cheaper TTRs around but the choice is yours. This one is VERY special - you wouldn't be disappointed
Sorry to see this Martyn hope she finds a good home. please stick around the forum as you are usually the first to welcome people an the first to offer help a big thanks to you for your time an wise pointers over the years
I found increasing difficulty in gear changing. Mr right ankle wouldn't change the gears. I sold it in May 2013.
My Bandit 1200 was next because I was like an accident looking for somewhere to happen. It was too heavy, especially when leaning to the right. I sold it in January 2016.
After my stay in Woford mid Sept. to mid Oct. 2016, I was discharged with no ability to walk - I haven't driven a car or motorbike since.
Now it's the turn of my TTR, sadly.
I am keeping my 1926 BSA and my 1955 T100 - they're my heirlooms.
