- New header pipe, as you can see its rusty as hell right now. Looking at either getting this polished stock one - https://totallyttrs.com/epages/699105d9-e4cc-4b32-b236-84e72cd67f84.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/699105d9-e4cc-4b32-b236-84e72cd67f84/Products/TTR-0397 or this one - https://totallyttrs.com/epages/699105d9-e4cc-4b32-b236-84e72cd67f84.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/699105d9-e4cc-4b32-b236-84e72cd67f84/Products/TTR-0177
- New small indicators, these stock massive ones look terrible in my opinion
- MX Style Rear Fender with a nice tail tidy
- And I would also love to get rid of the stock forks and get Upside Down Forks, but thats probably not gonna end up happening.
- Also clean up the rust on the frame
If anyone is selling any of these or know someone/place who is then let me know!
Instead of buying a brand new header pipe why don't you clean and shine the one you have ?
All it requires is the persistent application of wet & dry ranging from coarse to fine, PLENTY of elbow grease, then finishing off with something like SolvolAutosol.

PS - judging by the sun and foliage I guess you're not based in the UK?
Welcome to the forum Charles. I don't think there's many SuMo owners on here. The standard ttr handles twisties pretty well so your setup must be brilliant. I've just bought a (rare) e-start XR400 motard in need of some love. Always good to have a rolling project to keep your mind occupied!
Ride safe,
Simon.
Nice super-retard! Sorry that's what my mates and I call them Looks like it'd be a blast.
And agree - those shiny shorter headers are pretty sweet. Instead of an updside down front end, try a set of neoprene fork savers. I have the viper ones from evil bay and they definitely smarten up the look

Soz this might sound dumb but what are they actually? Are they for if i get rid of the ugly fork gaiters I replace them with these seal savers? Or just put them around the seal?
Take off your ugly fork gaiters and chuck these on. They look way better and function well too. I've taken them off after some dirty rides and much less crap gets under them than the bellows style gaiters
