Complete Airbox
Permalink

I have a complete and unmolested airbox, including the filter cage and full snorkel for sale.

Came with loads of bits when i bought my TTR and thought it may be useful to keep should i ever want to try the snorkel mods etc..

But, im far too happy with my TTRs performance biggrin so instead of it languishing in my loft.. £45 plus £5 postage

confuse i think i may even have a 2nd complete airbox up there.. I shall have to root around!

An unmolested airbox is a rare and valuable part Malcolm!

It is unusual to find them with their captive fixing nuts in place. All too often the bolts seize in and result in the nuts turning in the airbox and breaking the plastic housing - not the best design!

Also, snorkels get cut or removed completely and then lost.

So, you have a bargain for someone wink

I just had a quick check when Brian mentioned the captive nuts. Both are still present , one has a crack on it. Pics below!

I did manage to find the other airbox! It is also intact complete with full snorkel and no drilled airholes. Although one captive nut is missing. In general the airbox is a little scuffed but fully functional.
