Hi all

I am having some email issuescry when I respond to someone's email through outlook, the emails don't seem to be arriving, I think / or going into junk spam foldersconfuseconfuse any ideas?

If anyone is waiting to hear from me and hasn't this is the reason why.

Also I try to send some things through my yahoo and not all of them get sent, is this connected??

Any help would be appreciated.

It would be a good idea for any Totally TTRs customer to add the sales@totallyttrs.com email address into their "safe senders" list - or equivalent wink

Someone sensible said something about SPF to me once and I thought that may be the problem, but more research may be that it is the sales bit that causes a problem and apparently yahoo is just craphmm

 SPF?

You reminded me about occasional problems with the "sales" moniker. However, if a customer's email system is programmed to reject emails with "sales" in the address then you should get notified by your own email provider. When this happened, I would resend using my private email and ask the recipient to add the sales@totallyttrs.com email address to their safe senders list.
