Went out the other day with a nice bunch of geezers from Essex My old stomping ground
Well they came down to Devon for a ride out and big Jim And Roger were taking them out and I invited myself along.
I was told one of them were in a Quad as he had a disability, thought it would be good to meet them.
Now I was not expecting this. Young Callum could not drive the Quad himself, his dad does and he sits in the back check out the quad!
The thing that made me laugh was Callums dad saying that his mum asked if it was safe what they were doing??? You only have to look at the madmax quad for your answer!
They don't hang around.
So we set off for a nice trail ride and I thought I would catch up with the quad for some video footage, easy enough lane and I thought I would pop a little wheelie over a small gully, pulled on the bars and my right hand came clean off and this little video will show you what happened
Listen to the bit after I come off, No sympathy from my mates then!

Looked nasty. Too much orange on the gloves I reckon! Hope the leg gets well soon.
Disabled access to the countryside - worth publicising.
'Course, if it had been a big bore you wouldn't have had to pull so hard on the bars to get the front up and your hand wouldn't have slipped
