According to the cable driven analogue speedo its done 20K + miles.
I've had the plastics seat and tank off and washed the crud off.
Its going to need the sprag starter bearing soon and the top end is a bit noisy but it came with brand new trail tyres, a spare repaired tank in primer and a few other bits.
The current plan is to buy a cheap digi speedo to replace the battered analogue one, replace the knackered brake lever and cheapie aftermarket clutch lever assembly.
Then take it trail riding and enjoy it.
When winter really hits I'll strip it down and do a refurb.
If there is anyone close ish to the newbury area I could do with some assistance doing the sprag clutch.
I have a heated garage with power and copious tea and chocolate biscuits if that helps.
Right off to totally ttrs .com to spend some money
A lot of us ride all year, the lanes change drematically and the winter conditions can be interesting to say the least. At least the eyes take less of a battering from the dust.
