i guessed you have to take airbox out one bolt broke on lower right have to sort out & copaslip on assemble tricky job but i have done worse thanks brian how many times are you gonna come to rescue you have retired pal

I recall someone saying that it is possible to take the shock out from below..................

Yep I have taken the shock out from below, just the other day in fact! Just remove the relay arm (shown on the floor in picture) at the bottom, lift the swingarm up and after you have taken the seat of and undone the top shock bolt, it will come out with a bit of a wiggle You may have to unplug some of the electric connectors, you will see what I mean when you have a go!.
