Pitty Yamaha didn't make a 50th anniversy model..
yellow with black speed block decals...
back to there 70s race colours...
The XT660R & X look good in those colours
but were only made for 1 year....
guess we will have to wait for there 100th now...

I dont have a TTR yet, I own a Serow. Im thinking on getting one by the end of the year. That's why i joined the Forum to get info about the bike.

I will be adding a serow section to the shop very soon and I am on the lookout to buy one myself, what year do you have ? Photo pleasesmile

Hi,

 

I have Serow 94, its was the special edition. Japanese. Great bike. 

 

I had to change the carb though, the stock carb gave so many problems  i could not get it to the right adjustment (tried everything) so the  solution was to change it for a VM mikuni, that i got from CPW carbpartwarehouse cheapest than buying the stock carb. i also just changed the flywheel and startor, the startor burnt and the magnets on the flywheel came a part so i had to replaced the whole thing, but thats after almost 20 since that bike was made, and yes the serows are pretty common here.
