Hi All, title says it all, front brake pulses a bit to noticeably when braking so need a new disc but my question is what brand to buy ??

anyone with any good reports  ??

Ideally available in Australia would be best

Don't know why I didn't look there first wink

Totally TTR's have a good one by the looks of it for 28 Pounds

Can someone advise how much the freight is to Australia ??

A slightly bent front axle will also cause pulsing cry

I will let Steve give you a quote for shipping the disc. Might not be too bad as it is light enough to ship by airmail wink

Check you don't have a slight weep from the fork seal too. Tends to find its way onto the disk.

Don't buy the Chinese ones - they come pre-warped so you don't have to go to the trouble of warping them yourself.

Thanks for the advise guys, haven't had time as yet to check the axle but I'm pretty sure it's OK

No oil leaks either

and Chinese discs, wasn't  even considering those foe a second

 i put a chinese one on the rear of my XT660R...

it has more grooves in it after 1000km than the Yamaha

one had after 40,000km...
