As the title says, i noticed alot of play in the bearings, so time to strip it down, i wasn't looking forward to any of it, but it simply came apart very very easy, i also noticed the rubber inlet was split. so new bottom and top shock bearings and rubber inlet ordered yesterday from the shop, should have it all built back up next weekend. The frame will be sanded and re painted to.

Good work Gary. I did the shock bushes and that made a huge difference to the handling.
