Fitted the road Angel today.

I fitted the Road Angel today, however the clip that holds the unit in the frame broke, so ordered some gorilla glue to repair it.

If you have a look at the back of the RA you will see the speaker mesh. Some users have threaded fishing line through there and made up a lanyard so that if the RA jumps out of its holder or the holder breaks they don't lose the RA - it just dangles.....

Did you manage to get some use out of it before the mount broke?

It broke when i took it off the cradle when i got home, so managed a full run with it, maybe 35 ish miles, i didnt track my run though as apparently i havnt got a clue how to use it yet, i can see the os maps on the card, but no idea how to get them to show on the RA screen.
