Are the winder nut thingies a 2 piece or one? Tried turning it with screwdriver and hammer but didnt budge.. Bike is a little high for female riders , so need to lower it a little.

Hmmm - not sure what "special tool" they are referring to as there isn't a hammer and punch in the tool kit confuse
