Bit of 3mm aluminium sheet. Hammer. Cable ties. Happy New Year.

TTR's never came with a bash plate but a pair of small lower engine bars, so the only ones possibly knocking about are second hand aftermarket ones and their rare.

I think you are going to be looking at buying one of Brian's or bodging one from another bike on there.

thanks peter yes mine has got small lower bars might have to dig deep same applies to speedo head then its ready hopefully it will be ok for isle of man with my son & his mates they are on 450 ktm s

I have got a good quality aftermarket oil cooler not cheap rubbish but no pipes willing to swap for bash plate any offers john

Some TTRs did come with bash plates as standard, my raid had one on it, before I fitted one of Brians. Sold it recently...
