Hello peeps merry Christmas and ny ttr build is close to being completed just small bits now spindles made up and suspension rebuilt but jetting I need advice with, am using a 263 over size bore with Wossner piston and a FMF end can, standard air box with twin air filter. Any advice of what size main jet and secondary to go for.

Not sure if anyone will be able to advise just off the bat.

I suppose a good start is to go from standard and change to suit...

Looking good Sammy!

I agree with Moo - try it first on standard jetting.

Make sure the pilot jet is properly clean (poke it through with a bit of copper wire to make sure) and try it.

The extra capacity makes no difference in my experience but the more open silencer may do.

Make a note of the sizes of the main and pilot jets for future reference.

Fire it up and see how it runs. Usually you can adjust for the silencer by adjusting the clip position on the needle.

Cheers guys think there's a 150 main jet in it at moment and standard secondary think needs a bit more may adjust needle see how that goes.

Black powder coated swing arm is nice I prefer got grey linkages and gold lowering link to set it off
