just bought some parts for my ttr in the box of bits there are 2 oil coolers one a genuine complete one is a aftremarket but with no pipes or banjos just lightly pressure tested them no leaks dont know whether to fit one of them or sell both

Lucky guy!

If you fit a cooler to your own TTR or sell them on, please don't forget that a blanking bolt will need to be fitted to divert oil around the cooler wink

this one has got 2 banjo bolts on banjos as taken off

Hi John. The bolt I was talking about fits inside the clutch cover.

so if i fit a oil cooler i have to remove the clutch cover where does this fit please do you have a drawing also does it really need a cooler i am 60yrs old and my days of flying around have gone only some light green laning for me many thanks i might sell them both

Have a look here - there are some better photos/diagrams to show the fitting than I have wink 

The TTR has a small oil capacity so it's useful to add a bit more - just in case....

thanks brian so if someone takes a oil cooler off they have to remove the clutch cover & fit another bolt as in smaller in lenght
