Today, August 4th, is a very special day.

It's Brian's birthday.

Many happy returns Brian.

As the Beatles sang ..........

When I get older losing my hair
Many years from now
Will you still be sending me a valentine
Birthday greetings, bottle of wine?
If I'd been out till quarter to three
Would you lock the door?
Will you still need me, will you still feed me
When I'm sixty-four? biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

Very good Martyn - you are the first to spot the song that matches my age biggrinbiggrin

Thanks for the birthday greetings guys. I am absolutely delighted to have reached this age in one piece with all my faculties (Trish may argue with that!) - having seen other chums drop by the wayside -  so it's all good biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

Not too much happening today as its midweek other than my grandsons are taking me out for a fish and chip tea. God help the restaurant no

Brian

No fences to climb through and he resisted smacking any backsides. The worst that happened was grabbing a sachet of sugar from next door table and sprinkling it on his fish and chips no

I am looking forward to a few pints later to help de-stress!

You're welcome, old man.

I noticed that the amber nectar ultimately gave way to a coffee percolation.
