Not sure. I got the choice of putting them on a 325 that I am building for myself or another project bike that I have started on. One way or another, I am keen to see what they look like on a TTR
Also if you could let us know where to buy these it would be great. Couldn't find them on their website but the seat cover and sticker set look awesome for when my bike needs a birthday. Wasn't sure if they were a one off for you? Or if you will be stocking them etc.

I just got the same set today, for an 05 ttr250
They look great but they are not just peel and stick. There was some trimming and cussing going on but they came out great..just not an exact fit. Take your time and try a dry fit before peeling the back..thats where scissors are gonna come in handy.
It's been about 15 months since I got the Enjoy Mfg kit but, having sold the business and finished Boz's 325 build, I am enjoying a bit of "me" time so have now used them to smarten up my own 325 traillie
Before:
Preparing the RH side panel for the it's decal was interesting as I had come off the TTR on tarmac a few years ago and the exhaust standoff at the rear had worn a hole in the plastic. It took a bit of steady-handed plastic welding to sort that out but, hey, what else would I be doing????
I took some photos to give you an idea what the decals and seat cover look like fitted. I must say that the blue in the decals is a great match for the original plastics so, lest there be any confusion, the side panel decals cover the whole panel
There is something wrong with the design of the front mudguard decals as I couldn't see any way of fitting the side decals without overlapping the front one.
But the quality of the decals is good - thick with great adhesive.
After 4 years, the Enjoy Mfg decals have started to look a bit sad so, whilst my TTR is out of action awaiting its 350 engine to be built, it gives me the opportunity to fit some new ones
I had emptied the tank when I removed it from the bike and I have had the cap off and tap open to, hopefully, get rid of the petrol vapour from the tank walls to give the new decals their best chance of a long life.
The old decals have also been peeled off and I have nearly finished removing the remains of their adhesive. Brake and clutch cleaner works well but I am getting through a lot of rags because you have to keep using a clean one otherwise you just smear the dissolved adhesive on the rag back on the tank
I got some new decals off Steve at Totally TTRs back along so just have to find and fit them now
Keeps me off the streets but I really should start on that 350 build
I got a couple of boxes of parts from the Weston bike to sort out to go to Steve and then I will have a bit of room and get right on it guys - promise!
These cool rainy days have made me quite productive
Watching with interest, the Ballards tank decals I fitted just fell off one cold morning, they were ok the day before & next day one was on the ground
Terry
I had some Ballards XRs Only tank decals on the IMS tank on my XR400. Fell off. Now stapled to the wall in the workshop - can't fall off now! Nothing really copes for long with the fuel vapours coming through plastic tanks.

The OEM decals started to lift & I had the Ballards decals sitting here, they looked good but I think the decals were too thick & stiff & just fell off, if Yamaha didn't want $500au for the OEM decals I would buy them, but really !!!
Most cars have plastic fuel tanks these days...do they bleed ?
Sorry Terry but I can't put my hands on the instructions that include prepping the tank but have attached those that I have found
My recollection is that the tank needs to have the old decals removed (and all old glue taken off )and the tank left to breathe for a while before fitting the new decals.
I won't be doing any more as, following orders from Steve and Simon, I have "pended" my decal fitting whilst I clear the decks for my 350 build!

I've just been though a case of "Plastic Tank Bubbling Decal Blues", but have hopefully now found the answer...
The original tank decals on my 2009 were pretty well buggered so I decided to replace them.
Our LBS told me the original tank decals for my bike were only available ex-Japan and a fairly hefty price of $350 NZD plus shipping!. So I went to my local signwriter who recreated the decals well, and in good quality vinyl. I put those on, and they initially looked great, but within a fairly short space of time they started bubbling up.
So I took the tank in and they did them again, but this time they added a heavy protective layer as well. However, within a few days of reinstalling the tank they also bubbled up - see attached pics.
I then started doing some homework and was surprised to learn that this is a common and well-known problem. Some think it is from fuel vapours coming through the plastic, others think it is due to "plasticiser migration". I suspect fuel vapours because when I removed the decals I could smell the fuel from under the decals.
The solution seems to be to have plenty of perforations in the decals. I still have my original (buggered) factory decals and they have plenty of perforations.
So anyway I have ordered a set of perforated decals from here :- https://elitedesignco.com.au/2011-yamaha-ttr-250-tt250r-replica-oem-shroud-graphics/
I had also earlier bought a set of these cheaper perforated decals from EBay :- https://www.ebay.com/itm/FLU-Designs-PTS4-Team-Yamaha-graphics-TTR250-2000-2012/283131438678?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649
I have put those cheaper decals on for the meantime - see pics below. They're not my favourite design, but they'll do for now. No sign of bubbling with these yet. I emptied the tank, let it dry for a day in hot sun with the cap removed, and then cleaned the surfaces with isopropyl alcohol. They were easy to apply. I cleaned any excess glue off with white spirits (some glue/gum had leached through some of the slit perforations - I suspect the decals were quite old stock).
Cheers
