Hi all,

 

I am looking to get a nice ttr250 and am hoping someone here may know where I can find one. Would prefer something local but will be willing to travel for the right bike.

Wow you guys have it tough, there is over 60 for sale in Oz ATM ranging from $1000 for a very nice little 94 raid to $5800 near new with only 600klm on the clock

Were spoilt for choice here, Lucky Us !

it's a pretty vast place, you get to appreciate the scenery after you have driven 100klm just to have lunch in a nice place

I consider myself lucky living in the Blue Mountains, endless scenery and riding right at my doorstep

 

For example, this place is only 15min from where I live

Notice the people on the walking trail near the bottom

Hi Dan and welcome to the forum! Good luck in sourcing  a TTR - there have been some really nice ones advertised on here and on eBay recently but, as already observed, not down in the SW.

Yes I won the ttr, thanks to everyone who has mentioned bikes for sale. I was just waiting for the right one to come along and this one looks like it's a nice one, hope to pick it up at the weekend.

I am out on the lanes quite a lot now, the ttr is for my other half. Has been a few years since I rode one of these and am looking forward to having a play on it though.

I have a ktm500exc for laneing, not everyone's choice but having owned several different machines it's the one I have enjoyed the most. Also have a ttr600 at work.
