This is on an age related L plate which would make it a 72
Unknown mileage No speedo but has a micro GPS sppedo/logger (IGotU pro) hook up to your PC and it'll plot your track on a map. Also has a pilot light. Cycles up quickly too Has the an occasional sprag clunk on stopping but isn't consistent or sounding like the motors about to self destruct which is bad. Starter motor was doing the the occasional non-spin up but a few days staring the motor a few times a day seems to have sorted this New O ring chain and gbox sprocket. The chain still has the original grease on it and zero miles. New tyres with no use(!) These are Conti Escapes so road orientated. No MOT but should be OK .. maybe an advisory on pad wear but as far as I know it's OK otherwise.
No grab rails... lost in the mists of time I guess Headlight bracket is in the spirit of the original and just some light steel tube I welded up.
I'd be happy with a realistic £900 for the bike as seen.
The bike is in Gloucestershire, Forest Of Dean

I couldn't find an original light mount and welding alloy isn't a thing I have the kit for but mild or stainless I'm OK with so I just bent some pipe to fit. Came out OK I thought.
Oh yes original version so '93 sounds about right.. end of a very long working day and a bit of brain fade
I'll see about a pic of the left side when I'm in during daylight hours, NHS is a 24hr business now and I seem to have a lot of the darker ones this month :(
LOL The disk holder is on the bench along with the others...
Dont reckon you will have it hanging around that long, especially with new chain/sproks and tyres on, even if they change for knobblies they can wack them current ones on fleabay. Sprag clutch a relatively easy change too hey. Theres a newbie in stockport looking for a ttr for under a grand if he doesnt mind travelling down...
One short stab on the starter button and the engine fires up, starts fine from cold and hot, engine is running quite nicely.
Running very nicely and the tyres work nicely on fire breaks (at 60 feeling very stable and planted), ever so slightly less good on mud but then I used to race some enduros on trials tyres so as long as I'm going forwards the back end can squirm as much as it likes.
The GPS speedo is very fast to acquire a lock, about 5 seconds and it's reporting an accuracy to about 20 feet. That is much better than a Garmin I have. The logger function is as accurate as the GPS lock, change the displayed map on the PC to satellite date and if you set the capture rate to high you can even see the track clipping the apex on bends. I'll have to get another for my road bikes I think.
