Sweet, that sounds like an easy trip. Is that some sorta reclaimed mining land or something?

Hatfield-McCoy Trails? I got a permit while I was living in SW VA last year but I never got a chance to check them out. Definitely gonna spend a few weekends there this summer while my permit's still good. $50 bucks a year gets you like 700 miles of trails 365 days a year. Plus they have a trailfest in october.

Hey Teddy,

I realize this post is 4 years old but I thought you may have riding suggestions in VA and NC. I'm in NC near Raleigh and trail riding land is rapidly diminishing. I appreciate any information you may have.
