Hi Pete and welcome to the forum!

It will be worth joining the Devon TRF Group forum as there are quite a few East Devon (and East of East!) rides advertised. We have few Somerset guys on the DTRFG forum that ride from Chard etc.

You could do a lot worse than join us on the A2E where you will get to see a lot of East Devon over the two days wink

Yes in time hopefully i can experience all the devon lanes one area at a time! East devon first probably just because it is close.

TTR's fine but it's a long ride from Worcester to Devon on a 250. My friend who i ride with also has a Tenere, I will be trailering the TTR down to Marlborough/Salisbury though throughout the year for a few camping weekends, can't wait :)

Where do you camp for that trip then? I am yet to do Salisbury plain and north Wessex downs but I will defo get stuck in soon.

My crd exhaust has a removable baffle so it can be loud if that's your thing, but is the perfect non intrusive decibel level with it in

Welcome Pete. Glad you're getting out on your ttr. There's not many legal green lanes in somerset unless you head towards Bristol or Bath. Salisbury Plain is full of them and empty. No dog walkers giving dirty looks.
