After several hours of beach riding and the header pipe never cleaned since new i thought i try and tart it up abit. Started with 400 wet n dry then 600 wet n dry sand paper. metal polish helps it even more. This header will come of every 6--12 months now to give it a touch up. That way it may also help to keep header pipe nuts free and not Seezd.

Greetings All, been a while since I've been around, so Hi all !
Well Markovan, Shiny, I cleaned up mine recently but I only used Gumption and a green pot scourer, came up well though, not as shiny but it kept the BLUED look
I agree about removing the pipe regularly to keep the studs clear, A bit of a polish on the threads works well.
