Not much at all, the wife is making me wait til Christmas for the pro taper contours, bark busters, and a few more goodies but overall I've been able to ride and I just say boy am I happy. This bike gives me a grin from ear to ear.

Can't see the left side, but the guard on the right looks like it will work great. Post some still pics if you want to show off your handy work
Watch that gas cap vent, they are prone to pop off.
- Proud of ya for posting and getting a bitchin TTR back on the trails. If you get down this way. I'll show you Angelo trails, and a cold beveragebiggrin

I shall certainly take you up on that offer, should have it plated shortly after christmas. So, it looks like a nice road trip in the near future.

The fit up on the exhaust needs work to seal properly the exhaust wrap works fine for now but will soon come off. It was a temporary band aid, lol. Cut a few inches off the titanium slip on, and welded an adapter to the stock header to match the massive 450 stock slip on. Shortened the muffler by roughly 3-5 inches and re riveted.

As for the frame guards just measured and bent, test fitted, marked the holes from the back side and hit it with the drill press. Voila! Custom guards to cover previous damage.
