I was having a tidy up and came across a brand new black seat strap of the same design as the TTR seat straps but significantly shorter. It's 39cm long compared to the standard 55cm confuse

It is way too short for even a fully lowered OE seat so what could it be from? 

I know the Raid seats have seat straps and there was a model with a black seat. Does anyone have a Raid that could measure the strap length for me please?
