Hello all, I would like some advice on the following.
My Kick Start and Electric Start have jammed on my bike, I can move the crank using socket but only some of the way round in either direction before it jams.
I have taken CAM cover off and looked at timing chain and valves, you can see that this all looks intact clean and tidy, rotating with socket you can see the outlet valves operate.
At the point at which it jams is when the CAMS are horizontal and both sets of valves are closed. This would indicate to me that its not the piston hitting on a stuck valve. MAYBE?
Does anyone have any advice that might point me in the right direction.
Thanks

had a very simaler thing to this on a serrow, though more like a seized engine, kick and electric just locked up,turned out to be starter clutch had fallen apart and had locked the crankshaft up with bent bits of starter clutch material.
realise the serrow and ttr use different starter types, but you could remove outer casings and see whats going on down below if your happy with the valve side of things, good luck
