Hi all,

New to the forum but not new to world of 2 wheeled madness. I've had my OE for about 18 months and it's mainly found roaming the vast expanses of Salisbury Plain (you need a snorkel for it these days) and surrounding areas. I used it for my first Lands End last year with my mate on his blue one and apart from the 'firefly' headlamp went like a dream.

Here's to the dry sunshine - when it get here

Phil

Welcome, Phil, from an equally wet and chilly Devon.

Roll on Summer and dry trails.

Did you like the Lands End last year? confuse

Got any pictures? wink

Martyn

Welcome to the forum Phil!

I love the graphic set on your TTR. Where did you get them?

Brian

Welcome Phil, that is a lovely OE, it's like mine apart from the lack of rust on the frame and the really nice wheels etc lol

Thanks for the welcome.

I was really lucky when I got the OE, the guy had used it for a summer, cleaned it and left it in his garage :) the graphics are from D&D and were on when I got it. It does make it look more of a beast than the stock ones. Unfortunately since the picture were taken, the swingarm ones haven't lasted a year of Salisbury Plain and Wiltshire's finest lanes.

I'm currently getting it ready for this years Lands End trial so the priority is something a 'wee' bit better than the stock 'firefly' headlight. Looking at trying a Trail Tech X2 or X2 Dual-Sport headlight.

Phil
