I've recently added a Yam TTR 230 to the fleet, fully aware that they were never an official import to the UK. I am interested to know if there are many others out there with one, and if so how do you get on with spare parts as when needed. Do you you buy from US? They are a real gem of a bike and I wonder why manufacturers seem to have been reluctant to import bikes like this to here. They are slightly lower than TTR 250, but higher than a Serrow. I love 'em! Very light and very trail-worthy. I have ridden a friend's quite a bit. If I could get one that was California street legal, I would buy it in an instant. Same engine as the xt225 Serows, I believe. Sorry I can't help with UK parts source, but it is also difficult for me to not respond with enthusiasm to your luck in obtaining one. Best wishes!
