Handlebar clamp - lower retaining nuts - 2 new ones for sale

Having yet another tidy up before our annual stock take and came across these two new nuts. Packets a bit oily but were unopened until I took one out for the pic.

Useful spares to keep.

£6 for the pair inc UK p&p. 

They are part 12 in the pic below and are special nuts - not sure of their technical name - sorry!
