Help adjusting headstock bearings?

As above, can anyone please talk me through adjusting the headstock bearings? The MOT guy said there was slight play, so I want to get them sorted.

There is a downloadable workshop manual for the blue TTRs (1999 onwards) here. Be patient as its a 50Mb plus file.

In the meantime, perhaps this will help you.
