Dave,

Welcome to the snow ...eerrr...a  show!

Lots of great advise here and funny folks ta'boot.

I had carb issues a few weeks ago. Found a few suggestions and with Brian's excellent pictures and advise from this site I was able to put her back together and it was not that hard to do. I am old and cranky at times and often have no patience. The instructions provided here on this site saved me a trip to my local shop. I am very thankful to have found this place. People here will jump at the chance to answer any questions you have. Hope you have sorted out all your issues and the snow has cleared up, so that you can give her a go.

Enjoy!

greg

Wow I forgot about this post! As of now, the snow is gone :) I changed the jets in the carb, and am going to try to make it road legal.

For the record, what jets did you install?

With the UNI filter: a Mikuni vm28/486 #42.5 pilot with a n102/221 #135 small round main.

Will update when done jetting to the snorkel mod.
