I was out riding dirt about a week ago and I took a hill a little too steep for me. My boot slipped off the edge of the hill (small trail) and I tumbled down the edge, dropping the bike. I was fine but when I lifted my bike back upright I noticed that the gear shift lever had broken (right at the point where the lever juts out for your foot) and I was left in the middle of nowhere with a very hard to shift gear lever. I got back fine, but I was wondering exactly how one would change a gear shift lever, and what size? Can I just super glue on something for a quick band-aid fix? It's just a little pain in the arse, but it still impeeds my riding.

As far as WR or YZ is concerned, they are both shorter levers. This can be VERY annoying on a TTR because it jumps into Neutral when your foot did not mean to change or into the wrong gear. I have not found a lever from anything else that is long enough for the TTR.
If you don't mind it being short, by all means, try it, it will fit.

I definitely have the tools to fix the bugger, but finding a lever might be prove to be difficult. I might just buck up and buy a new genuine one. Any ideas on sizing? Length ect..?
