only happens when bike is idling for long periods but some times only happened 2 twice that it has backfired through carb once it cut and started straight back up and other day it did it after it be raining heavenly and heared a pop on airbox while riding didn't cut just a slight hesitation, not sure what it be

First clean your carb.

Try again.

Then check compression. (you may want to do this first-up to you)
