I have just watched his video and didn't realise that you can insist on using a solicitor other than the one touted by your insurers. The video is worth a watch just in case, God forbid, you get involved in a bike accident.

Yeah, you need a specialist if you want to win cases. My cousin too was working with a top Los Angeles DUI lawyer and he has seen how his boss through his out-of-box strategy used to win cases for their clients.
