In short, yes it will as im running one.
But, you will need to modify the YZ part and be prepared to make a gasket/ spacer/ bodge to allow you to clamp it in place. An also be able to fabricate a new hanger for the exhaust as they will not match up... A small number plate is also handy as is some exhaust bandage to stop the pipe melting the plastics....
All in all, if its cheap enough crack on... If its not or your not willing to meddle with it, buy one that fits..
