Anyone tried to buy a paper copy of the manual from Yamaha UK recently?

I have a IT non-confident customer looking for a paper manual. The entry in the FAQ is very old so I rang Yamaha UK Customer Services. They no longer sell the paper manual direct to customers.  You now have to go to your dealer with your frame number and they get one printed off especially. I asked about a price and got a very vague £30 to £70 cry

Has anyone been to their dealer for a copy and, if so, how much did it cost please?

Brian
