Hi, I´m from spain and I have a TTR250 from 2005. I have a problem, the dirt enter into the case saver and the pinion, I would like know if anybody have made any good solution.

Hi there and welcome to the forum!

It's a common problem and many owners remove the cover to allow better access to the area to get the dirt out. This also allows a bit of "self cleaning" whilst using the TTR in muddy conditions.

Case savers are available which can save a bit of clogging up - see http://www.totallyttrs.com/#Case_Saver_

Welcome to the Forum, Nomada.

If your TTR is ridden on muddy, sludgy tracks then the space behind the sprocket WILL get clogged with dirt - there is no way of really stopping it.

A way of lessening the effect is this cunning adaptation CLICKY THINGY

which opens the area up for access by pressure washers to sluice out the crud.

Regular attention to removing the muck after every ride will lessen any problems of neglecting the task. smile
