There are plenty of other transfer and hosting sites available so have a look first before you decide. I've only ever used WinZip on relatively small files and find it very easy and safe in use.
Despite my head still being very woolly with remnants of man flu, I did think of a possible good idea which is to split the file into two. Google "how do i split a pdf file" - there are a few freebie utilities that purport to do this.
You can then set up members to join / be invited who can access files whenever they want. I am not a techo - but let me know if it doesnt make sense and I can help set it up
I have Adobe Acrobat, which allows you to create and modify PDFs. It has a feature to reduce the file size of an existing PDF, which it presumably does by reducing the resolution. I tried it on the TT-R250 Manual that I have, which reduced it from 29MB to just under 14MB. The quality still seems pretty good. I'd be happy to email the smaller version if anyone wants it.
I also tried zipping the reduced-size version, and the zip file is just over 10MB. I can send that as well or instead if needed.
I downloaded Adobe Acrobat but the PDF document is password protected so I cannot reduce the size. I will ask some of the IT guys at work what options I have.
