FOR SALE 1995 TTR250 OE SUPERMOTO AND LOADS OF PARTS!!!

Hi all, it's time to part with the TTR as my garage and shed are overflowing with bikes and bits of bikes, since the TTR is getting used the least it's the one for the chop. The bike is a 1995 open enduro model with a larger headlight and Supermoto wheels (talon hubs and excel rims from a Yamaha wr450 with spacers made to suit the ttr), it also has a kouba lowering link fitted and the forks were overhauled about 18 months ago, and the silencer is from a yz 250. The bike has tax until the end of August but the mot has expired. Although the bike is road legal I consider it an unfinished project as I have a larger front disk to fit and bandit 600 front brakes, I have new head bearings to be fitted and new rear shock bushes to fit too.

On top of that I have the following parts:

1994 open enduro frame with V5 (was going to add some bracing and have painted)

Aly swingarm

2 sets of off road wheels (one set needs to be refurbed)

OE rear shock OE forks (need seals)

Rear suspension linkage

OE headlight

Handlebars

Front brake caliper (needs overhaul)

Rear caliper

Seat with cut down foam

Airbox

Engine (head has a bent valve, and play in the con rod) I was going to use the sprag clutch and starter gears as the bike has started to clunk occationaly.

Exhaust, the origional silencer is a bit beat up but usable I'm sure I have forgotten some bits but it's nearly a whole bike in spares.

Any how I would realy like to sell everything at once if at all possible, But if there is a part that you want from my list I am open to offers. for the bike, sumo wheels 1set of enduro wheels, big brakes and the bearings and bushes I am looking for £950ono and I'm open to offers on the parts or £1200ono and take everything away!!

I am 3 miles from Stanstead airport UK, the bike is set up as Supermoto at the moment and I'd prefer to sell it that way but if there is no interest I'll consider selling the wheels seperately, they are 17" x3.00 up front And 17" x 4.25 rear with Dunlop sumo rubber, I can't remember the exact model but it's the only sumo tyres dunlop make.

Ok as promised I have mannaged to overcome my usual technological ineptness and add some photos of the wee beastie. I cleaned out the carb charged the battery and she leaped into life this morning (not bad for having sat all winter) the only downside is one blown indicator bulb, the head bearings (which i have) do need to be changed, and the front brake is dragging so needs a service or swapping for the upgrade caliper i have to suit the larger disk that will come with it. I have some photos of some of the parts listed in my origional post which i will upload in the week.IMG_0390.jpgIMG_0391.jpgIMG_0392.jpgIMG_0393.jpgIMG_0394.jpgIMG_0395.jpgIMG_0398.jpgIMG_0399.jpgIMG_0408.jpg

Hi, if you would split, how much delivered for the wheels with knobbly tyres (if they are true)?

Cheers Spud.

Sorry Spud if I split the bike and wheels I'll be selling the Supermoto ones since the trr's seem more popular as trail bikes. BUT I have a spare set of dirt wheels which could do with a bit of a refurb, they are true but need new bearings and there is a bit of corrosion on the hubs and spokes, which I am willing to part with if your interested, they will also need new tyres.
Cheers
Adam

Hi, wondering if any of the wheels are still for sale, including the ones which require refurbishing.

Cheers
