funds are a bit tight so hoping for a second hand sump guard/bash plate its to fit a 2004 ttr

If I were you I would look on FleBay.
Failing that I'd save up and buy one from this guy CLICKY THINGY

You will have to refrain from technical or tight lanes and choose the easy route for a time until the pennies amass. hmm

Thanks for your reply, but since I posted my last message I have, purchased a rail guard off ebay and intend to get my mate who is a fabricator to make something similar to what you have, but with protection for the side casings.
