My 1st trip, from Lynton to Exmouth. 2 days awsome fun. bike was great

How did it compare with the Serow?

To be honest they were very similar, I used to ride the serow but found it a tad small , but  great little bike .

Yes I pulled the Serow out of the shed today to give it a short blast  around, immediatly noticed how small it is compared to my recently aquired TTR. The Serow is a great "little" bike though, probably will sell her in the spring and will be sorry to see her go.
