Well it's ready to go now, my excellent TTR needs to go
2004 (04) with T&T until Feb 2012
13k miles
Well maintained
Anyone looking for a TTR is in the lucky position to buy a really good one. When I bought it in February 2009 it had only seemed to have been used on the road. The mileage read 10297 (yes, proper clocks in miles, not KM's) and had no scuffs, dual purpose tyres, it even still had the rubber inserts in the foot pegs .
We all know how hard a life our bikes have on the lanes (it is what they're designed for, after all) but mine has only done the last 3k laning (easy life ).
It is now showing the usual marks expected after a couple of years on Devons (& some in Wales) finest but nothing to bad.
I recently worked on the bike, touching up the frame, checking bearings etc & think it's pretty much good to go.
It has hand guards, heated grips (great in winter), flexi & standard no.plates & mini indicators on the back (you don't kick them )
I have loads of extras for sale including spare wheels, bash plate, frame guards, clutch, gear & brake levers, CRD exhaust, Talon lowering link plus other bits (when I dig them out of the garage ) that will be offered to whoever buys the bike first.
I will only sell these extras after the bike is sold, if there's anything left.
Most work (and all advice) has been carried out at Mr TTR himself's place, mostly by me with help from Bri when I got stuck (which was quite often ). I need to get him into WR's now .
I would like £1800 for it, it's worth it

and if not sold i'll be putting it on e-bay on Saturday.
BTW, I almost sold it to a girl in a pub in Pendeen (about 10 miles from Lands End) on Saturday night but she was looking for something a bit cheaper. As the drink flowed she almost changed her mind but it wasn't to be
