Alan Pratt, the proprietor of Thai Bike Tours, came along to our Devon TRF Group meeting last night and gave an interesting talk on the tours he runs in North Thailand.
Has anyone used this company before and can comment on the experience please?
HI Brian. I have'nt been on any of the tours but I have read the reports on this tour group and it seems like its they're a well organised group, there are a few videos and write ups on them if anyone is interested. look them up on the net. I have been to the north of Thailand where they operate their tours and it is quite spectacular. If anyone is ever passing this little neck of the woods and would like a short guide of whats about Bangkok please drop us a line , would be glad to make things easier with the lingo and such things as booking onward travels and advice. Daz.

I hit northern Thailand most winter's for a few weeks. I rent from riders corner. They are REALLY good about returning bikes. Most places will hit up for money in every scratch on the bike. Riders corner only seems to care if there is any damage to the bike. I've had plenty of offs and one really gnarly one on the street. Had to replace one of my knee braces!!
The owner is also great with suggestions on where to go and routes.
Oh. He mostly does dirt bikes.
