A Raid's life in Essex.

Not being overly blessed with hills, Essex can be a little muddy,

Although there are times when it's so dry I hardly get muddy at all,

Winters can get a little chilly,

Sometimes it all gets a bit much and I need a lie down,

Don't think my owner doesn't care, he often washes me,

And if I'm really good he takes me to the seaside,

But it's the pretty green lanes that I like the best,

Well, I have to go now as the master says it's time for some loverly fresh oil and even a new filter, yippee!

I think he does, at least he says so when he isn't swearing at me. no.gif

But sometimes he prefers that big girl, Suzi, who lives next to me. He says she has longer legs and goes further than me, but whisper.gif really she's just a big lump that's scared of real mud.

And last winter he had a brief affair with a fancy Swedish-Italian, but she was too high maintenance for him, simple soul that he is.

But through it all, he still keeps running back to little old me. date.gif
