Hello Brian,

It's pouring down today, the pictures were from last week, the image with the TTR & KTM was at a place called Furneux Pelham, at the moment it's passable but in winter it's a 4x4 job as it gets very deep, in full flow it's the longest ford in the UK, so they say.
The other images are in Essex, where else.

Glad you like, the bike is being used, all run in and sweet.

Hi mate, and welcome to the forum.

Violets Lane in the winter is a rite of passage in these parts, even scarier if like me you are stupid enough to try it on your lonesome. But the ttr will just keep on going long after the Flash Harry's KTBooms have all gone bang.

Have you found Essex's other linear ford, Miller's Green? Also has the honour of being our only orpa. It's technically a footpath but has vehicular rights.

If you haven't yet found it you enter the stream here and ride the river bed.

Perhaps we see each other about, I'll be on my little Raid, give me a wave.

Scott

Hi, yes I know Millers Green well, was down there today, it's shallow the moment, nearest deep ford to us is at High Easter, see pics.

We also found a dirt track near Chelmsford which is in middle of nowhere on a byway so we mess about there too.

Normally 3 TTR's in the group and a KTM.me losing it.jpgme stuck.jpgrich moving.jpgricj stuck.jpg
